Abstract
There have been great companies that have fallen because they do not listen to the warnings. Some fall because they feel that the organization is invincible and think that they will eventually recover. Others try the best they can to recover but fail to for a number of reasons such as, try to recover too late, only looked at the numbers, fail to listen to the consumers, and a bad leader. In this paper I will cover the 5 stages of decline and they are: Hubris born of success, Undisciplined pursuit of more, Denial of risk and peril, Grasping for salvation, and Capitulation to irrelevance or death
